Step One – Eat Right & Exercise
Regular physical activity, about 30 minute sessions three times a week helps gets a healthy amount of oxygen and nutrients to your blood. It promotes energy and gives you that extra boost you need. An exercise rotine is proven to fight against diseases and serious health conditions. Exercise makes you feel good!
Step Two – Exfoliate
I love to scrub. Exfoliating body scrubs benefit your skin by removing dead skin cells on the top layer of your skin. My arms, elbows, knees, and ankles get extra loving when I exfoliate. By adding this step to your beauty regimine expect your skin to glow, better tans, and overall healthier looking skin.
Step Three – Moisturize
Our body is 75 % water, therefore we must keep it quenched and supple. The right moisturizer helps your skin look and feel good. I apply moisturizer all over twice a day. Exfoliating helps me dodge dry skin. When your skin is glowing, who can stop you from baring it?
