As a full-time working parent, my week is mostly routine. You know, wake up. Get myself and kids ready for school and daycare. *Insert Yawn Here* Boring, huh. That’s why the weekend is where my kids and I conquer the world of adventure!
Because the weekends are made for exploring and thanks to MomTrends for giving us this great opportunity, we headed to The Liberty Science Center! Thankfully, The Liberty Science Center is full of activities for my 13-year-old and my 2-year-old. The perfect destination for the entire family. (Only 20 minutes from the city if you take the Path train and a less than $10 Uber.) We had an impromptu photo shoot on our way there.

My girls and I got to check out the new MythBusters Exhibit – The Explosive Expedition and it was everything we thought it would be and more. Full of hands on and interactive displays to get our imaginations going, it’s so much fun to say the least. My 13-year-old loves to see how things work, hands on, so this exhibit was great for satisfying her curiosity.
That’s not all. The Mythbusters Exhibit offers museum goers a live show!
So put on your lab coats and safety goggles and get ready to be amazed by science.
The Exhibition runs through September 4, 2017. Get tickets here.
