Today is the last day of Summer camp for my little one so I decided to make her these treats to celebrate the good times she had with her camp counselors and friends.
I make this often and it’s loved by all who have them. I also enjoy making them. This super easy recipe is from KRAFT.
To make the frosting look more like ice cream, I use a ziploc bag as a makeshift piping bag by filling it with the frosting and snipping one of the ends. This allows me to pipe the ice cream “look” I want. Top them with sprinkles and you’ve got the cutest ice cream cone cupcakes on the block!

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour evenly into ice cream cups, filling each cup about half full.
BAKE 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely.
SPREAD tops with frosting. Garnish with colored sprinkles, if desired.
