When I visited La Republica Dominicana earlier this year breakfast was one of the many things to remember.
The morning dew kissed our platos and made it even more special. Soft eggs, crispy bacon and the freshly baked bread on my plate was pure perfection. The strong, dark and robust expresso made just the way I like!
Could you blame me for taking a little extra time to savor the morning?
Here is my rendition of my bacon and eggs in D.R. Their bacon was cleverly cooked with the eggs and theirs was served with salad and cheese. I skipped the cheese and replaced the bread with french toast.
