The other day I shared with you 7 tips on how to stay cool in the cocina. In that post I introduced a great Daisy Martinez recipe for chilled cucumber lime soup.

Today I want to share another great and super easy recipe for chilled soup but this one is just a little sweeter.  This soup can be savored alone or paired alongside these Chocolate Sea Salt Crostinis by Food Wishes (Video Recipe below).

This soup will be a hit and you won’t sweat a bit!

I’d be willing to try the chocolate and salt thing, not sure about strawberry soup.

Ofelia, t I had something similar to this soup on a cruise and it was delish! Love chilled soups. And the chocolate crostini is to die for. Yum!

I would try both but for the strawberry soup, I think I would freeze it and eat it like a slushy! YUM! Great recipes!
